Audience

Candidates for this course are Enterprise Project Managers, Team leaders and Team members who operate in medium to large computing environments and who want to use the Project Server PWA to manage project tasks, work and resources.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must have a good knowledge of MS Project Professional (client) and project management concepts in general.

Objectives

This training provides students the knowledge and skills necessary to work withe the Project Server PWA in the different roles : Project Manager, Team leader, Team member, Portfolio manager and Resource Manager.

Methods

Class training alternated with exercises. Each student disposes of a workstation. For each module, the explained items will be performed in practice.

Description

The Project server PWA will be used by different persons in different roles. Project Managers, Team leaders, Team members, Portfolio managers and resource Managers each have different tasks to perform in the Project server PWA. For each of these roles, this training explains how the PWA can be used to perform the different tasks.
