Audience

Business and Technical Decision Makers who are involved in the CRM strategy in their company. CEO’s, Sales Managers & Directors, CRM and other Project Managers, CRM Project and Team Leaders.

Prerequisites

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Having an understanding of what a project is, having some notion of basic elements of MS Project.

Objectives

Understand all of the concepts and functionalities of the Project Service Automation Solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Basic techniques and hands-on experience for using the Project Service Automation module.

Methods

Class training with individual guidance and the possibility to ask questions. The student can immediately put the possibilities of the program into practice by means of exercises. Each student disposes of a workstation.

Description

This course provides students with the tools to setup, configure and use Dynamics 365 for Project Service and will guide them through Opportunity Management for Project Sales, Project Planning, Resource Management, Team Collaboration, Time and Expenses and Customer billing within a project-focused business environment.
