Description

Creating a modern web application is not easy. You have to know multiple programming languages to create one. This means you have to switch languages when working on a certain part of the web application (client, server, data, ..). These context switches come a cost. Sometimes these languages can have large differences.

This is where the MEAN stack comes in. MEAN, short for MongoDB, Express Framework, AngularJS and Node.js, allows only one programming language to be used: JavaScript. This way you only have to know one language and focus entirely on creating a beautiful web application. This course will introduce you to each part of the MEAN stack separately before making it all work together.

By following this course you'll be able to create a web application by just using one programming language, Javascript.
