Individuals who are reviewing their knowledge of the ITIL® framework and/or preparing for the ITIL® Foundation exam. The intended audience may include, but is not limited to, IT professionals, business managers and business process owners.
You have completed the 3-day ITIL® Foundation workshop but not passed the certification exam yet.
Successfully prepare for the ITIL® Foundation exam by reviewing and refreshing the core topics of the ITIL® Foundation workshop
Instructor-led with practice questions and interactive Q&A moments
Refresh and review of the core ITIL® Foundation workshop contents (high speed).
Clarifying any remaining questions about the ITIL® framework among the audience.
Mock exam and review of exam format
Discussion of additional exercise questions about the core ITIL® Foundation topics.
Scheduling of the exam (optional); possibility to submit additional study questions by mail to trainer after training.
Participants who received the “Official Introduction” book during the ITIL® Foundation workshop are invited to bring this book to the training. As a personal preparation, it is useful to review the first three chapters of this book before the training (around 23 pages), and to list and submit any remaining questions about these introductory chapters. The first unit of the training provides room for an interactive review of these questions.
