Audience

Prerequisites

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). Having an understanding or experience within the field service and inventory management.

Objectives

Understanding all of the concepts and functionalities of the Field Service Solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Configuring all the different objects of the Field Service Module and understanding the functionalities of the Field Service Application for mobile devices.

Methods

Class training with individual guidance and the possibility to ask questions. The student can immediately put the possibilities of the program into practice by means of exercises. Each student disposes of a workstation.

Description

This course provides the students tools to setup, configure and use Dynamics 365 Field Service Module and the Field Service Application for mobile devices. The students will learn how to set - up and configure a Field Service environment, will learn about Work Order Management, Scheduling Management, Resource Management, Time & Expenses, Inventory Management, Agreement Management and Customer Billing with the use of practical cases.
