Description

The goal management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM lets you set sales, marketing, and other business goals for your organization and measure the results against the targets. The goal management will help you motivate your work force, identify successful programs, do better planning, and grow your business. In this course you will see all the steps involved in setting up the tool and do the follow up. This includes: change the fiscal year settings, define the goal metric, define the goals, add roll up queries, use parent and child goals, calculate the results and show them on charts and dashboards. We also try to explain you the importance of security issues when using this tool.
