A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Attended the following courses: "The sales module to its full potential in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online and On Premise", "The service module to its full potential in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online and On Premise". Have some very basic knowledge of XML


Use of some basic and more advanced reporting tools of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


Class training with individual guidance and the possibility to ask questions. The student can immediately put the possibilities of the program into practice by means of exercises. Each student disposes of a workstation.


The topics of this course are to discuss the background knowledge that is helpful and necessary to create reports within Microsoft Dynamics CRM; to explain the purpose of the primary report development environments used to create and deploy reports within the application; to examine how dashboards can incorporate charts and reports; to understand and utilize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Wizard; to explain and implement proper chart design standards. Also, we're going to create and modify charts within the application. We're going to export and import charts; understand and modify Chart XML; leverage the Business Intelligence Video Studio, or BIDS, to create SQL and FetchXML-based reports. We're going to develop Transact-SQL scripts to query on-premise data and develop and understand FetchXML to query online and on-premise data. Finally, we're going to use the key components of Power BI to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM data.
