The web is a very powerful platform. The combination of HTML, CSS and JavaScript has evolved in such a way that rich applications can be created that rival their native counterparts.

However, with that power, developers also face a challenge; being a good web developer means knowing how to combine programming, semantics and style and design into a quality result.

Using the popular Bootstrap framework, we can address the style and design aspect of modern web applications. The framework allows beautiful results to be achieved with minimal effort, provided that you know “the way it works”. Based on experience in the field, RealDolmen has detected that this is exactly where the problem lies: many developers want to use Bootstrap but don’t know the basics of how it works. The fact that you have to know some aspects of JavaScript, CSS and HTML to understand it, together with the “code sample” style of documentation does not help to alleviate this problem.

This is why RealDolmen now offers this mini-course, to do exactly what the frameworks promises: bootstrap developers’ skills in using the framework, so that the days of spending many hours of manually tweaking and tuning CSS files are finally over!
