This course provides attendees with a good understanding on the why and how to slice your product or service which enables efficient and effective end-to-end iterative product design.

  • Create an understanding of WHY to slice and why to work iteratively
  • Slicing: - Learn what to keep in mind when slicing - Learn to use user story/feature mapping, a slicing instrument - Learn to visualize slices
  • Backlog items and granularity
  • Insights on prioritization
  • Mapping slices to product vision and strategy
  • Learn to use an impact map
  • Tap into to the learning mindset, helping you to build the right thing
  • Okaloa flow lab simulation, insights for product ownership, team collaboration and end-to-end system design (if you already experienced an Okaloa flow lab simulation – the course could be given in two days)

Our trainer will contact you prior to the session to ensure the content of this course matches your needs. This workshop can be organized for teams working together on a specific product. If possible, a real-live case of your organization will be used for simulations. We also organize this course for a 'mixed group/team', in which case we take a more generic approach.
