Objectives

This course is meant for those IT (Testing) professionals that want to obtain an insight into the purpose of test management. The course is focused on the RealDolmen vision towards software testing, context driven testing and will prepare the audience for a good understanding on the why, when and how of test management.

Methods

Instructor-led combined with several exercises, quizzes and hands-on experience.

Description

Testing is more than the creation and execution of Test scenarios. In larger complex projects (frankly, in most projects), a fair amount of test management activities are required. Good test management impacts the success rate of your software project and streamlines your testing activities. The role of a good test manager is therefore a rather divers one.

During this training, you will receive an insight in the general concepts and topics related to test management. During an extensive project exercise, all test management topics will be introduced during a hands-on experience.
